2005年，我們便開始了潤滑油的相關工作，我們的前身——青島中鼎潤道科技有限公司是國內最早引入國際先進潤滑油品的公司之一。2020年，隨著業務體量的進一步發展，我們更名為鼎誠潤通（青島）工業科技有限公司。2024年，為了適應國際業務的發展，我們成立了路博易工業（香港）有限公司。

20個年頭，時代雖然在變，但我們初心未改。我們相信，傳統工業的終點還遠遠沒有到來。國家的強盛必然依靠制造業的強大，作為傳統工業上小小的一環，我們也希望貢獻自己的微薄之力。

深受互聯網影響的今天，我們深知，即便傳統諸如工業潤滑油這種行業，也被浮躁的情緒所彌漫。但我們始終相信，真正不變的，永遠是客戶的需求，而拉近我們和客戶距離的，并非僅僅是冰冷的價格，而是我們對于工業工況本身的了解和及時的響應。所以，我們簽約了優秀的潤滑品牌，配備了高效的服務設備，聯手了專業的檢測機構，打通了國際供應鏈，并聚集了一群真正熱愛這個行業的年輕人。

如今，我們已經形成了四大業務板塊：

潤滑油事業部。包括簽約殼牌（青島地區工業潤滑油獨家代理）、長城、好富頓、出光、中科潤美、愛馬力等中外知名品牌。

潤滑解決方案事業部。聯手殼牌、SGS、GRACO、Fluitec等國外知名品牌，在潤滑系統、油液檢測、油品過濾以及漆膜處理等專業領域為客戶提供優質解決方案。

橡膠新材料事業部。針對橡膠輪胎生產過程中的補強填充劑，幫助現有橡膠輪胎生產企業，降低30%-50%的相關成本；

進出口事業部。作為殼牌、長城的國際潤滑油代理商，依托我們的海外公司——路博易工業（香港）有限公司，我們聯手國際供應鏈企業，幫助國內出海制造企業，打通國內-國際，國際-國際的潤滑油及設備采購通路，降低企業的海外采購成本。

時至今日，我們仍然謹小慎微，因為我們深知，這個行業雖然傳統，但卻需要極大的耐心和積累，我們需要的不是一錘子的買賣，而是能彼此相信，相互回饋的合作伙伴。這個伙伴也許是廠家，也許是客戶，也許是同行。我們本著謙卑的心態愿意和大家建立聯系，成為彼此成功路上的助力者。

In 2005, we started our work in lubricants, and our predecessor - Qingdao Zhong Ding Run Dao Technology Co., Ltd. was one of the earliest companies in China to introduce international advanced lubricant products. In 2020, as our business scale further expanded, we changed our name to Ding Cheng Run Tong (Qingdao) Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. In 2024, in order to adapt to the development of our international business, we established LUBEASE INDUSTRY (HONGKONG) LIMITED.

20 years have passed, and the times have changed, but our original intention has not changed. We believe that the end of traditional industries is still far away. The prosperity of the country must rely on the strength of the manufacturing industry, and as a small link in traditional industries, we also hope to contribute our meager efforts.

Today, influenced by the internet, we know that even traditional industries such as industrial lubricants are filled with impetuous emotions. But we always believe that what remains unchanged forever is the customer's needs, and what brings us closer to our customers is not just the price, but our understanding of business and timely response. So we signed the most excellent lubricant brands, equipped with efficient service equipment, teamed up with the most professional testing institutions, opened up international supply channels, and gathered a group of young people who truly love this industry.

Now, we have formed four business divisions:

 Lubricants Department. Including sign with Shell, Great Wall, QUAKER HOUGHTO, Idemitsu, LUBEMATER, AIMAL and other well-known brands.

Lubricant Solution Business Department.  Joining hands with Shell, SGS, GRACO, Fluitec and other well-known foreign brands, we provide quality solutions in lubrication systems, oil liquid detection, oil product filtration, and paint film treatment for our customers in specialized fields.

Rubber New Material Business Department. Aiming at the reinforcing filler in rubber tire production, we help existing rubber tire manufacturers reduce related costs by 30%-50%;

Import & Export Department. As the international lubricant agent of Shell and Great Wall, we rely on our overseas company, LubeEase Industrial (Hong Kong) Limited, to partner with international supply chain enterprises and help domestic outbound manufacturing enterprises to open up procurement channels for lubricants and equipment between China and the world, thereby reducing their overseas procurement costs.

Today, we remain cautious because we know that this industry is traditional, but requires great patience and accumulation. We need partners who can trust each other and reciprocate, not one-time deals. This partner may be a manufacturer, a customer, or a peer. We approach everyone with humility and are willing to establish connections to become each other's assistants on the path to success.

As one of the countless small and medium-sized enterprises, although difficult, we still uphold the bottom line that industrial people should have - rejecting any form of counterfeiting and illegal sales. We know the importance of reputation, which is the foundation of our long-term development, and will certainly be something we are proud of.

We have been striving to make steady progress in this era of restlessness by being grounded and making our customers use high-quality products, making our shareholders obtain expected returns, and making our employees enjoy the benefits they deserve.  If there is any spare capacity, we hope to contribute to society with our small power and give the world love and warmth.
